I've been there. As a former Texas high school coach, I understand the many hats a coach has to wear on a daily basis. The struggle to find enough time in a day to do all the things that need to get done. The constant pressure to excel both on the field and in the classroom.
Although my coaching days are over, the passion to help kids and coaches win any way I can lives on ... and always will. With an MBA from the University of Nebraska and a Master's in Sport Management from Southern Miss, I've got the skill set, knowledge, and drive to help you win.
Overtime Sport Ops was born from a desire to do just that while utilizing the expansive skill set I've built over the years.
My mindset is simple ... if I can do one thing to give a coach some time back to spend on a kid, it's all worth it.
